Details:
1. The judge – Justice Buba declared that The federal high court had the jurisdiction to hear the case.
2. Submission of the SSS of SLS financing terrorism lacks merit and is therefore dismissed.
3. The 3 respondents : Attorney general, IG Police and SSS are singing discordant tunes. The SSS said they are investigating him for financing terrorism but the Police is unaware of such.
4. The judge stated that the SSS acted with impunity and the SSS must be restrained.
Declaration:
Judge ordered that SLS passport be released immediately. Awarded damage of N50 million to applicant, SLS. The 3 respondent :AG, SSS, Police have been ordered to make an apology.
